1. Before start of the school year, take stock of the situation of the general state of your child, of his growth and his allergies with your medicated doctor.

2. If he introduces an asthma requiring a thorough treatment, to see where he is there with the specialist who follows him: clinical examination and realisation of a respiratory functional exploration to adjust its treatment possibly.

3. Never solicit a release of physical education: Physical I' activity (especially the endurance which develops "thorough " capacities  ) is necessary for your child.

4. Respect the rule of 3 hours between meal and intense physical activity and/or extended (who can be brought back at 2 am in case of necessity).

5. In case of asthma of effort, make sure that your child progressively warms up have made him afterwards take 2 whiffs of a bronchodilatateur of quick action.

6. If you think that he is attained of food allergy (ies), having made it prove (or this) diagnosis (es) by a competent specialist before asking for food oustings in school restoration: no food ousting without objective and strict medical proof!

7. If your child introduces well a food allergy, made draw up a plan of individualised reception (PAI) by your doctor deal, your specialist, and the school institution represented by the master and the manager of establishment. PAI represents behaviour to be held calibrated  according to the symptoms of the child at the time of its allergy.

8. If your present child a strict food allergy, know that PAI envisages that you can prepare for him a basket-meal and that the institution must find the means to warm him up (microwaves), without risking a pollution with the meals of others children.

9. In case of difficulty two at the same time do not hesitate to make intercede your medicated doctor and/or your allergist (or).

10. In case of persistent difficulty (and in any case in general): no clash, try to regulate problems by negotiation and information.
